Guatemala 2012: Ulpan Valley My youth group traveled to the remote Ulpan Valley of Guatemala in July of 2011 (you could say it was a bit warm). It was by far the most life-changing journey of my life...I learned what it meant to live in simplicity, and be content with what God has has blessed you with. The trip was one of the most harrowing and exhausting experiences of my life, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. 
Europe 2011: Dublin, London, & Paris I was lucky enough in the summer of 2011 to see about .03% of Europe. It was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of trip, though a whirlwind one (10 days!). One of my top priorities in my college years will be to travel again -- hopefully spend a semester abroad. I would love to see more of the world and I didn't take 5 years of French classes for nothing.

 The Mayans loved getting their pictures taken, although they never smiled in them.  Yeah, the Eiffel Tour is just as amazing as they make it seem in movies and pictures. |
