Why I'm Choosing Harding
When I started making my college visits junior year, Harding was the first I went to (my dad is an alumnus). Immediately upon arriving, I felt comfortable on campus (and thought it was a beautiful campus!). The students seemed very content and friendly, and everyone I talked to liked the university immensely. I learned about the fantastic international studies program, and was drawn in more. The size of the student body was exactly what I wanted, not enormous, but big enough to maintain school spirit. Going to Spring Sing and seeing the hilarious Knights Joust made me interested in the social clubs, and I fell in love with the homey Midnight Oil. I also felt like Harding would be the ideal environment to foster a relationship with Christ. I have since visited Harding three or four more times, and each time I go, I feel more and more like it is meant to be Home.
